Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Pennsylvania
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured virtual counseling services to adult clients across Pennsylvania. In this role, you will focus on assessment, goal-oriented treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions that help clients manage stress, anxiety, mood concerns, and life transitions. Daily work centers on direct client care, clinical documentation, and consistent therapeutic follow-through in a fully remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions via telehealth
- Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Follow state licensing requirements and ethical standards
- Coordinate care or referrals when appropriate
- Active Pennsylvania LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field
- Experience providing individual therapy to adults
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
