Licensed Professional Counselor
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
This LPC position centers on providing counseling services to adults addressing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and behavioral health concerns. You will manage a consistent caseload while delivering focused, goal-oriented care through virtual sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions remotely
- Establish and maintain treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Complete session notes and required documentation
- Adhere to state regulations and organizational policies
- Participate in clinical meetings and supervision as required
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related discipline
- Active LPC license in Colorado
- Prior experience in outpatient or remote counseling settings preferred
- Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic models
- Ability to work independently with reliable technology
