Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
This LPC role centers on delivering evidence-based counseling services to adults through telehealth. You’ll manage a consistent caseload, conduct sessions, and support clients working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. The position is designed for clinicians who want stable hours and a streamlined clinical workflow.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Assess client needs and adjust treatment approaches
- Maintain compliant clinical records
- Participate in case consultations when appropriate
- Adhere to all clinical and regulatory guidelines
- Active Colorado LPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- Prior clinical counseling experience
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
