Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
Location: New Jersey
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Summary
As an LPC in this telehealth role, you’ll support clients managing anxiety, depression, stress, and life transitions. Your work will directly influence client stability and progress through structured sessions, clear treatment goals, and consistent follow-through.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling sessions through a secure telehealth platform
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client goals and outcomes
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as clinically appropriate
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Coordinate care with internal clinical staff when necessary
- Active LPC license in New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Prior experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy preferred
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
- Proficiency with digital documentation systems
