Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
Location: Ohio
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Role Summary
This position centers on delivering reliable, high-quality mental health care through virtual sessions. As an LPCC, you will work with clients seeking clarity, stability, and progress in their daily lives. Your role plays a direct part in improving access to care across Ohio while maintaining a predictable work schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling through telehealth sessions
- Evaluate client needs and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Document sessions in compliance with clinical standards
- Follow evidence-based practices
- Participate in case discussions when required
- Active Ohio LPCC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline
- At least one year of clinical experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
