Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW)
Location: New Jersey
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 annually
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Position Overview
This role is designed for licensed therapists who want to focus on client care without the distractions of in-person logistics. Your daily work will include scheduled therapy sessions, clinical documentation, and outcome-focused treatment planning—all delivered through telehealth.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing therapy services to adult clients via telehealth
- Establish clear treatment goals and monitor client progress
- Maintain complete and compliant clinical records
- Use evidence-based methods aligned with best practices
- Communicate professionally with clinical leadership as needed
- Active mental health license in New Jersey (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW)
- Master’s degree in a mental health-related field
- Experience in clinical therapy settings
- Comfort managing a consistent full-time caseload
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
