Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Massachusetts
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
This Licensed Mental Health Therapist role supports clients through consistent virtual care focused on assessment, intervention, and progress tracking. You will spend your time delivering therapy, documenting outcomes, and supporting client goals—without the distractions of in-person logistics or unpredictable scheduling.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and documentation
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Track client outcomes and engagement
- Maintain compliance with Massachusetts regulations
- Active Massachusetts mental health license (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)
- Master’s degree in a behavioral health field
- Prior experience in clinical therapy delivery
- Comfort working in a remote clinical environment
- Strong time-management skills
