Licensed Mental Health Counselor
Location: Washington
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Summary
As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will provide consistent therapy services to clients across Washington using a virtual care model. The role emphasizes practical clinical work, manageable caseloads, and focused session delivery without administrative overload.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions through a telehealth platform
- Assess client needs and adjust treatment approaches as appropriate
- Maintain accurate and compliant clinical records
- Participate in team meetings and case discussions
- Uphold ethical and professional counseling standards
- Active Washington State LMHC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or a related mental health field
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth counseling preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
