Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Location: New York
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Summary:
We’re looking for a Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our remote team and support clients seeking mental health assistance. Your role will be instrumental in guiding individuals through therapeutic sessions, developing treatment strategies, and promoting healing. Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling via telehealth platforms.
- Assess client needs and design treatment plans.
- Support clients dealing with stress, grief, trauma, and other mental health challenges.
- Document and update client progress regularly.
- Work with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
- Must have an active LMHC licensure in New York.
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline.
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health counseling.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
