Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Illinois
Role Overview
This role focuses on providing structured therapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, and emotional stress. You will conduct scheduled sessions, document care accurately, and collaborate within a licensed clinical team. Your work directly supports client stability and long-term progress through consistent, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and family therapy via secure telehealth platforms
- Complete clinical documentation in accordance with Illinois regulations
- Develop treatment plans aligned with client goals and assessed needs
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Participate in clinical consultations and case reviews as needed
- Active Illinois LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy to adult clients
- Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet and private workspace for telehealth
