Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Massachusetts
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and consistent follow-through that supports long-term client progress. This role offers predictable hours and the ability to focus fully on clinical work without administrative overload.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with internal clinical leadership as needed
- Follow Massachusetts licensing and ethical guidelines
- Active LMFT license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient therapy services
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills
