Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: New Jersey
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
This role focuses on helping individuals, couples, and families work through relational, emotional, and behavioral challenges using evidence-based therapy. You’ll spend your day conducting structured telehealth sessions, documenting progress, and collaborating with a clinical team to ensure clients receive consistent, effective care.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans in a timely manner
- Assess client needs and adjust therapeutic approaches as care progresses
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions
- Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations as needed
- Active LMFT license in the state of New Jersey
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or a related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable using electronic health record systems
