Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Kentucky
Role Summary
This position is built for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a remote platform. You will focus on relational dynamics, treatment planning, and consistent session delivery without administrative overload.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing evaluations
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical notes
- Adjust treatment strategies based on client progress
- Adhere to Kentucky LMFT regulations and ethical standards
- Participate in required clinical check-ins
- Active Kentucky LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- At least 2 years of independent clinical experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience with telehealth preferred
