Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Summary

This full-time LMFT position offers the opportunity to provide therapy from a remote setting while supporting clients with real-life concerns that affect their relationships, homes, and day-to-day functioning. You will meet with clients through telehealth, complete assessments, guide treatment planning, and provide steady clinical support for individuals, couples, and families.

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Conduct remote therapy sessions for clients using an approved telehealth system
  • Provide treatment for couples, families, and individuals facing emotional, relational, and behavioral concerns
  • Create, review, and update treatment plans
  • Document sessions, progress notes, assessments, and care updates in a timely manner
  • Use evidence-based therapy approaches appropriate to each client’s needs
  • Assess risk, respond to safety concerns, and follow required clinical protocols
  • Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions

  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active Arkansas LMFT license in good standing
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
  • Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a private, secure workspace for remote sessions
