Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Connecticut
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Job Summary
We are recruiting a full-time LMFT to provide telehealth therapy to clients across Connecticut. This role involves supporting clients through relationship concerns, family dynamics, stress, emotional challenges, and major life transitions. You will help clients set meaningful treatment goals, explore patterns that may be affecting their relationships, and develop practical strategies for healthier communication, emotional regulation, and daily functioning.
Responsibilities
- Deliver remote therapy sessions
- Support individuals, couples, and families
- Complete assessments and treatment plans
- Maintain organized clinical documentation
- Review client progress and update goals
- Follow ethical, legal, and telehealth standards
- Active Connecticut LMFT license required
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with individuals, couples, and families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Strong communication and documentation skills
