Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Savannah, GA
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Part-Time
Pay: $45–$65/hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a part-time telehealth opening. This role involves providing online therapy services to clients navigating relationship issues, family stress, personal challenges, and emotional health concerns. You will perform assessments, create treatment plans, provide ongoing therapy, and document care clearly and accurately. This is a practical, client-facing role where your work directly supports healthier communication, stronger relationships, and improved daily functioning.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver telehealth therapy sessions to assigned clients
- Assess family, relationship, and emotional health concerns
- Create, implement, and revise treatment plans
- Maintain complete and compliant clinical documentation
- Support clients in building coping skills and healthier relationship patterns
- Track progress and update interventions when needed
- Refer clients to outside resources or higher levels of care when appropriate
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and all professional practice requirements
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Georgia LMFT license in good standing
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting preferred
- Strong understanding of family systems, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
- Strong communication and organizational skills
