Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Missouri
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
You will work with clients to address relationship issues, emotional stress, and behavioral concerns through scheduled online sessions. This role emphasizes practical outcomes—helping clients build stronger communication skills, resolve conflicts, and maintain healthier relationships over time.
Responsibilities
- Conduct therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Evaluate client histories and presenting concerns
- Design and implement treatment approaches
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Monitor outcomes and adjust therapy as needed
- Uphold confidentiality and ethical guidelines
- Active LMFT license in the state of Missouri
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- Strong communication and telehealth skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant platforms
