Location: Alabama
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are looking for a full-time Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to deliver virtual counseling services to clients in Alabama. This role is ideal for a therapist who is skilled in working with family systems, relationship concerns, and emotional or behavioral challenges. You will provide direct therapy, create treatment plans, monitor client progress, and ensure that documentation is completed thoroughly and on time.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct remote therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
- Complete assessments and develop effective treatment strategies
- Address concerns related to family conflict, relationship stress, anxiety, and life changes
- Maintain organized, accurate, and timely clinical documentation
- Review treatment progress and update interventions when needed
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
- Active LMFT license in Alabama
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
- Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
