Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Montana
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
We are seeking an LMFT who can provide clear, practical therapy support in a remote setting. This role involves working closely with clients to understand relationship patterns, family concerns, and mental health challenges, then guiding treatment through regular virtual sessions. You will be responsible for delivering care, keeping documentation up to date, and helping clients make progress in a structured and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide online therapy sessions during regular weekday hours
- Assess symptoms, concerns, and client goals at intake and throughout care
- Create individualized treatment plans and review them regularly
- Counsel individuals, couples, and families using appropriate therapeutic approaches
- Document sessions and maintain accurate clinical files
- Communicate clearly with clients and support continuity of care
- Active LMFT license in Montana
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or outpatient setting
- Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload
- Strong written documentation and communication skills
