Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Location: New Hampshire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Role Summary
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured telehealth counseling to individuals, couples, and families across New Hampshire. Your work will focus on improving communication, addressing relational stressors, and helping clients make meaningful progress through consistent, evidence-based care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
- Complete assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with client goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the electronic health record
- Collaborate with clinical leadership as needed for case consultation
- Follow all state licensing and telehealth compliance standards
- Active LMFT license in New Hampshire
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
- Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards in mental health care
- Reliable private workspace and secure internet connection
