Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Role Summary
This role is designed for an LMFT who wants to practice relational and systems-based therapy in a fully remote setting. You will work with individuals, couples, and families while following clear clinical workflows that support consistency, documentation accuracy, and long-term client progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide therapy sessions via secure telehealth platforms
- Assess relational dynamics and family systems
- Develop and manage structured treatment plans
- Track progress and update clinical notes in a timely manner
- Participate in case reviews and clinical discussions
- Support clinical standards and ethical compliance
- Active North Carolina LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient or telehealth services
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a steady caseload remotely
