Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Idaho
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and helping clients develop practical tools they can use in daily life. This role offers the opportunity to focus on clinical care without the distractions of in-office operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with assigned clients
- Complete clinical documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client progress
- Collaborate with clinical leadership when needed
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in all interactions
- Active LMFT license in the state of Idaho
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing therapy services to adults or families
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and EHR systems
- Ability to manage a consistent full-time caseload
