Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Colorado
Setting: Remote
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Summary
As an LMFT, you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families navigating emotional, relational, and behavioral challenges. Your day-to-day work focuses on helping clients strengthen communication, manage stress, and make steady progress toward clearly defined therapeutic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled virtual therapy sessions
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Complete clinical documentation accurately and on time
- Monitor progress and adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
- Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active LMFT license in the state of Colorado
- Experience working with individuals, couples, or families
- Comfort providing services in a remote setting
- Strong communication and documentation skills
