Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
As an LMFT, you will provide telehealth therapy services to individuals, couples, and families across Vermont. Your daily work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions that help clients improve relationships, manage emotional challenges, and navigate life transitions. This role is fully remote with a consistent weekday schedule.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client needs
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Follow Vermont licensing and telehealth practice guidelines
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Active Vermont LMFT license
- Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
