Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Location: Arkansas
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking an Arkansas-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to deliver telehealth therapy focused on relational and family systems. This role includes conducting sessions, developing treatment plans, documenting care, and maintaining consistent therapeutic direction across family-based cases.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Develop and update treatment plans
- Document sessions and clinical progress
- Review care effectiveness over time
- Participate in case coordination discussions
- Follow Arkansas LMFT guidelines
- Active Arkansas LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- At least 2 years post-licensure experience
- Experience delivering virtual therapy
- Ability to manage multiple case types
