Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Telehealth
Location: Montana
Job Summary
We are looking for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth. This role centers on exploring relational dynamics, addressing emotional stressors, and supporting behavioral change through ongoing therapeutic work. Sessions are structured, consistent, and client focused.
Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to individuals and families
- Conduct relational and psychosocial assessments
- Create and maintain treatment plans
- Document sessions in line with regulations
- Support clients through long-term therapeutic goals
- Active Montana LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience working with relational or family systems
- Strong communication and boundary-setting skills
- Comfort providing therapy remotely
