Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Hawaii
Role Overview
As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients navigating relationship stress, life transitions, and emotional challenges, helping them build practical skills that improve daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment approaches
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately and on time
- Collaborate with clinical peers to support continuity of care
- Maintain compliance with state and federal documentation standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Active Hawaii LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy or related field
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure clinical experience
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical documentation and time-management skills
