Position: Full-Time
Location: Nebraska
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families across Nebraska. This role focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy delivered through a secure virtual platform. Your work will support clients as they navigate behavioral, emotional, and relationship challenges, while maintaining consistent clinical documentation and ethical care standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Provide ongoing individual, couple, and family therapy sessions
- Develop and update treatment plans based on client progress
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with internal clinical teams when appropriate
- Adhere to Nebraska licensing and telehealth regulations
- Active Nebraska LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing outpatient mental health services
- Comfortable delivering care via telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills
