Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Role Summary
As an LMFT, you will deliver therapy focused on relational dynamics, family systems, and individual functioning. This role allows you to practice within your specialty while working remotely in a structured clinical environment that values clarity, consistency, and client progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual and relational therapy sessions
- Assess family and interpersonal systems
- Develop treatment plans aligned with therapeutic goals
- Maintain clinical documentation and progress tracking
- Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination
- Support supervision and mentoring when applicable
- Active North Carolina LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience with family systems or relational therapy
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
- Strong clinical communication skills
