Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: Rhode Island
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) for a full-time telehealth opportunity supporting clients throughout Rhode Island. The role centers on consistent session delivery, measurable treatment planning, and clear clinical documentation. This is a structured weekday position designed for clinicians who prefer predictable hours and focused outpatient work.
Responsibilities
- Provide telehealth therapy sessions (individual and/or relational, based on caseload needs)
- Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and establish clinical direction
- Develop treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
- Document sessions accurately and within required timelines
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Rhode Island telehealth guidelines
- Complete risk assessments and implement safety planning when required
- Coordinate referrals and care collaboration as clinically appropriate
- Active Rhode Island LMFT license in good standing
- Master’s degree aligned with licensure requirements
- Outpatient therapy experience (relational therapy experience a plus)
- Strong time management and documentation consistency
- Professional, client-centered communication in a virtual setting
