Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Location: New Mexico
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
As a Remote Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), you will provide structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical support. Each session contributes directly to client stability, progress, and long-term wellbeing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based methods
- Complete assessments and maintain individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with internal clinical leadership as needed
- Follow New Mexico licensing and telehealth regulations
- Active LMFT license in the state of New Mexico
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing psychotherapy services
- Comfortable working in a remote clinical environment
