Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist (LIMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Ohio
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
As a Licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide structured, goal-oriented therapy to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. Your work directly supports clients as they address relationship dynamics, behavioral patterns, and emotional challenges that affect daily functioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment plans accurately and on time
- Collaborate with internal clinical and care coordination teams
- Maintain compliance with Ohio licensing and ethical standards
- Monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
- Active Ohio LIMFT license or eligibility for licensure
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
- Experience providing clinical therapy services
- Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
- Strong documentation and time management skills
