Location: Massachusetts
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are recruiting a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker for a full-time telehealth position serving clients in Massachusetts. Your day-to-day work will include meeting with clients virtually, completing assessments, preparing treatment plans, and maintaining clinical documentation. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule, remote work setting, and the opportunity to support clients through practical, ongoing mental health care.
Responsibilities
- Provide scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete client assessments and identify treatment needs
- Build treatment plans based on client goals and clinical concerns
- Support clients with mental health symptoms, relationship stress, grief, trauma, and life transitions
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation
- Active Massachusetts LICSW license in good standing
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
