Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Massachusetts
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Overview
As an LICSW in this telehealth role, you will deliver structured clinical services to clients navigating mental health challenges. Your day-to-day work will include therapy sessions, care planning, and progress evaluation within a fully remote environment. This position is designed for clinicians who value autonomy, consistency, and clinical depth.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual psychotherapy sessions to assigned clients
- Assess client needs and establish treatment objectives
- Monitor progress and adjust care plans accordingly
- Maintain compliant and organized clinical records
- Adhere to all state and professional standards
- Active LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in clinical mental health settings
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
