Location: Massachusetts
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy for clients in Massachusetts. This role focuses on delivering practical mental health support through assessment, treatment planning, therapy sessions, and ongoing client care.
As an LICSW, you will help clients understand patterns, manage symptoms, build coping skills, and work toward healthier daily functioning. You will have the structure of a full-time weekday schedule while providing care in a remote setting. This role is a strong fit for a clinician who values clear communication, ethical care, and consistent client support.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients
- Complete intake assessments and identify clinical needs
- Create and update individualized treatment plans
- Provide support for clients facing mental health, family, work, or personal challenges
- Document session notes and treatment updates accurately
- Current LICSW license in Massachusetts
- Master’s degree in Social Work required
- Previous clinical experience in therapy, counseling, or behavioral health
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment approaches
