Licensed Independent Clinical Social (LICSW)
Location: Vermont
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Summary
We’re hiring a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide remote therapy services to individuals seeking support with emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. In this role, you’ll assess client needs, create treatment plans, provide ongoing counseling, and help clients build practical tools for daily stability and long-term progress.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth sessions
- Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely client documentation
- Monitor client progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Use evidence-based therapeutic approaches in sessions
- Coordinate care when appropriate with other healthcare professionals
- Active LICSW license in Vermont
- Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Experience providing therapy or clinical social work services
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Comfortable providing care through telehealth platforms
