Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Location: Hawaii
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time LCSW to provide accessible care through telehealth. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their needs, and guide them through treatment plans designed to support real-life progress. This role offers a structured weekday schedule and a clear focus on clinical care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver scheduled virtual therapy sessions
- Perform assessments and gather clinical information
- Create individualized treatment plans
- Provide ongoing therapy and support
- Document sessions and maintain records
- Help clients develop practical coping tools
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with other providers
- Ensure compliance with all clinical standards
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Active LCSW license in Hawaii
- Experience in clinical or behavioral health settings
- Strong understanding of therapy and treatment planning
- Ability to manage workload independently
- Familiarity with telehealth systems and documentation tools
