Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Telehealth
Location: Montana
Job Summary
We are hiring a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide structured psychotherapy to adults through virtual sessions. This role involves evaluating mental health concerns, guiding clients through therapeutic work, and maintaining continuity of care across regular appointments. The focus is steady clinical engagement, clear documentation, and progress over time.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual psychotherapy via telehealth
- Conduct mental health evaluations and screenings
- Establish and adjust treatment goals
- Document sessions accurately and on time
- Apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches
- Active Montana LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Experience providing outpatient mental health therapy
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload remotely
