Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy and clinical support through a secure telehealth platform. This position focuses on assessment, care planning, and ongoing treatment delivery. The role offers predictable hours and a clearly defined scope of work, supporting clinicians who value structure and continuity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver individual therapy sessions remotely
- Conduct psychosocial assessments
- Develop and maintain treatment plans
- Track outcomes and update documentation
- Collaborate with clinical teams when needed
- Maintain compliance with professional standards
- Active North Carolina LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Experience in mental health or outpatient care
- Familiarity with telehealth and EHR systems
- Strong communication and time management skills
