Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Colorado
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Role Description
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide telehealth-based mental health services focused on assessment, therapy, and care coordination. This role emphasizes consistent client engagement, practical treatment strategies, and a manageable workload that allows you to focus on clinical outcomes rather than administrative tasks.
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver virtual therapy sessions to clients
- Perform psychosocial assessments
- Develop and monitor treatment goals
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Coordinate care when referrals are needed
- Active Colorado LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work
- Clinical experience in mental health settings
- Familiarity with telehealth platforms
