Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Location: Illinois
Job Summary
This position centers on clinical therapy delivery for adults seeking structured mental health support. You will apply social work principles in a clinical setting, helping clients address emotional challenges while maintaining consistent, measurable progress.
Core Duties
- Provide psychotherapy through secure telehealth systems
- Complete assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Document services in compliance with state and organizational standards
- Maintain professional boundaries and ethical practice
- Participate in quality assurance and clinical reviews
- Active Illinois LCSW license
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW)
- Clinical experience in mental health treatment
- Familiarity with telehealth documentation systems
- Ability to manage time and caseload independently
