Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana
Job Summary
We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LCSW to deliver therapy services while supporting care coordination and clinical oversight. This position balances direct client interaction with guidance for associate clinicians, offering a structured workday and predictable workflow.
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual therapy to individuals and families
- Complete psychosocial assessments and care plans
- Supervise associate clinicians and review notes
- Ensure compliance with Indiana practice requirements
- Coordinate referrals and follow-up services
- Monitor treatment outcomes
- Active Indiana LCSW license
- Master of Social Work (MSW)
- Clinical mental health experience
- Prior supervision experience preferred
- Strong documentation skills
