Location: Maryland
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Summary:
A full-time opening is available for a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) who is ready to provide virtual therapy in a structured telehealth setting. The role centers on supporting clients through regular counseling sessions, identifying patterns and challenges that affect daily life, and helping clients work toward measurable progress. This is a practical clinical role for someone who wants to focus on quality care, professional consistency, and remote service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide counseling services to clients through scheduled virtual appointments
- Perform initial assessments and gather relevant clinical history
- Develop treatment goals and provide ongoing therapeutic support
- Track client progress and adjust treatment strategies when needed
- Complete required documentation accurately and on time
- Address a range of mental health concerns using appropriate counseling methods
- Escalate urgent cases according to clinical and organizational guidelines
- Active LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience
- Experience providing therapy to adults, adolescents, or mixed populations
- Strong assessment, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to manage a full-time caseload independently
