Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Setting: Telehealth
Location: Montana
Job Summary
We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to deliver ongoing therapy in a virtual setting. In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand emotional challenges, introduce coping strategies, and support progress through regular therapeutic sessions. The position prioritizes direct care and reliable scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Conduct scheduled telehealth therapy sessions
- Complete intake assessments and clinical documentation
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Track progress and refine therapeutic strategies
- Maintain compliance with clinical standards
- Active Montana LCPC license
- Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
- Experience in mental health treatment settings
- Familiarity with electronic health records
- Ability to work independently in a remote role
