Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: North Carolina
Role Summary
As an LCMHC, you will provide structured outpatient mental health care to adults through a secure telehealth platform. Your work focuses on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing clinical oversight to support measurable progress for each client. This role balances direct client care with professional autonomy and clear clinical expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct intake assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations
- Provide individual therapy sessions via telehealth
- Develop, document, and adjust treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records
- Collaborate with care teams on client progress
- Provide clinical guidance when supporting associate-level staff
- Active North Carolina LCMHC license
- Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or related field
- Experience delivering outpatient therapy services
- Strong clinical documentation and assessment skills
- Comfortable working in a fully remote setting
