Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
This role is designed for a licensed clinician who can balance warmth with strong clinical boundaries. You will support clients in Maryland through virtual therapy sessions, helping them understand what they are experiencing and take practical steps around clinical social work services, mental health therapy, psychosocial support, and care planning.
This position is a strong fit for a clinician who understands how mental health, stress, systems, and practical barriers can affect a client’s progress.
Responsibilities
· Manage a full-time telehealth caseload with professionalism and consistency
· Consider psychosocial factors, support systems, stressors, and client strengths during care planning
· Provide assessment, counseling, treatment planning, and follow-up support
· Help clients make progress through clear goals and practical strategies
· Complete notes and required documentation without unnecessary delays
· Follow state licensure rules, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality standards

· Experience with clinical social work, therapy, psychosocial assessment, or care planning is helpful.
