As a Learning Specialist at Amazon, you'll play a vital role in developing and managing a team of trainers, who are responsible for delivering high-quality learning experiences to our associates and managers. Working closely with the Learning Manager, you'll partner with operations teams to ensure that our training programs meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's mission of being the most customer-centric company on Earth. Whether you're developing training plans, auditing the quality of training, or planning and executing the recruitment of new instructors, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the future of our company. To get a sense of what it's like to work in an Amazon Fulfilment Centre, check out this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UAKPoAn2cB0 Key job responsibilities • Developing training plans that minimise disruption to operations and ensure training is of high quality • Auditing the quality of training/coaching and putting actions in place when necessary • Planning and executing the recruitment and training of the best instructors • Ensuring positive and effective collaboration between the learning team and other stakeholders • Managing a team of Trainers and supporting them with their career development • Analysing and interpreting metrics to identify areas for improvement • Providing training to the learning team on changes to learning materials/processes
Basic Qualifications
  • - Experience collaborating with global and local stakeholders - Experience in people management - Experience with Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Word, etc
Preferred Qualifications
