The Lead Art Director will play a key role in shaping innovative digital experiences and brand expressions for leading global organizations. - Accountabilities: The Lead Art Director is responsible for creating exceptional visual experiences, guiding creative direction, and delivering high-quality design solutions that align with client goals and user needs. The role requires strong conceptual thinking, collaboration across disciplines, and the ability to balance creative excellence with strategic objectives. Create and execute high-quality visual concepts, advertising campaigns, and digital experiences that align with brand strategies and business objectives. Design engaging experiences across web, mobile, and emerging platforms, including typography, layouts, interfaces, interaction patterns, and visual systems. Translate brand identities and strategic objectives into scalable digital experiences that balance creativity, usability, and performance. Develop and present creative concepts through mood boards, prototypes, storyboards, sketches, and high-fidelity design presentations. Participate in creative workshops, brainstorming sessions, design reviews, and client presentations by contributing innovative ideas and perspectives. Build and evolve design systems, component libraries, style guides, and other creative assets that support consistency and scalability. Apply accessibility standards and inclusive design principles to ensure experiences serve diverse audiences. Collaborate closely with UX designers, strategists, copywriters, developers, and creative teams throughout the project lifecycle. Partner with engineering teams to maintain design quality and ensure successful implementation of creative solutions. Stay current with emerging design trends, AI-powered tools, and evolving creative methodologies to improve workflows and team capabilities. Support the growth of junior designers through mentorship, feedback, and knowledge sharing. Maintain strong relationships with internal teams and clients while ensuring exceptional standards of quality, communication, and delivery. Requirements: The ideal candidate is an experienced creative professional with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design, art direction, digital experiences, and innovative design practices. They should combine strategic thinking with strong execution skills and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments. 7+ years of experience in an agency, consultancy, studio, or similar environment creating advertising campaigns and digital experiences. A strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual craft, art direction, conceptual thinking, and brand-led experience design. Deep expertise in visual design, UI design, and digital brand experiences across multiple platforms and channels. Experience transforming business objectives, user needs, and brand narratives into compelling creative solutions. Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to present ideas clearly and engage technical, creative, and executive stakeholders. Ability to confidently explain and defend design decisions while remaining open to feedback and collaboration. Strong understanding of interaction design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies. Experience creating interactive prototypes and communicating design concepts through modern design tools. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines. Advanced proficiency with Figma and related design tools, including AI-powered features and plugins. Experience using generative AI tools for ideation, visual exploration, asset creation, prototyping, and creative production. Curiosity and enthusiasm for emerging technologies and the future of design practices. Experience working with distributed, multicultural teams is a plus. Background in travel, tourism, luxury hospitality, aviation, or premium consumer brands is advantageous. Experience contributing to large-scale design systems or multidisciplinary creative teams is preferred.
