Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries related to Pluxee services and products via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide precise information and assistance regarding customer accounts, transaction processing, and troubleshooting.
- Handle customer complaints empathetically and work towards effective resolutions.
- Document customer interactions accurately within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and service efficiency.
- Stay updated on Pluxee’s offerings and promotions to better inform customers.
- Fluency in Dutch or Greek (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and inquiries in a busy remote working environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is advantageous.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
