Your Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to help manage and optimize Salesforce for one of our clients. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day configuration, support, and maintenance of the platform, ensuring it runs smoothly and continues to support evolving business needs. You’ll work closely with project leads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions and ensure users are fully enabled to get the most out of the system.

This is a full-time, fully remote position. Candidates must be available to work during Eastern Time business hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
Key Responsibilities
As a vital member of our team, you will be entrusted with a diverse array of key responsibilities that are essential to our organization's success. Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Developing and implementing strategic plans that align with our organizational goals, ensuring that all team members understand and are equipped to contribute to these objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to foster a cohesive work environment, promoting open communication and collective problem-solving initiatives.
- Monitoring project timelines and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and alignment on expectations.
- Conducting thorough market research and analysis to inform decision-making processes, helping to identify emerging trends and opportunities for growth.
- Overseeing the training and development of team members, facilitating ongoing education and mentorship to enhance skill sets and career advancement.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies, maintaining a standard of excellence in all operational practices.
- Evaluating and reporting on key performance metrics, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall performance.
- Administer and configure Salesforce orgs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud for multiple client accounts
- Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permission sets, and security settings in line with client requirements
- Build and maintain flows, process builders, validation rules, and approval processes to automate business workflows
- Create and manage custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and relationship structures
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and list views to support business decision-making
- Perform data management tasks including imports, deduplication, mass updates, and data quality monitoring using Data Loader and native tools
- Manage AppExchange installations, integrations, and connected app configurations
- Provide first and second-line support to end users, triaging issues and resolving configuration-related problems promptly
- Document configurations, processes, and system changes to maintain clean audit trails for each client environment
- Participate in discovery sessions and requirement gathering meetings with clients
- Support release management activities including sandbox management, change sets, and deployment checklists
- Stay current with Salesforce releases (3x per year) and communicate relevant feature updates to clients and internal teams

- 1–3 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience in a professional setting
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and automation tools
- Experience with Flow Builder and declarative automation (Process Builder knowledge a plus)
- Proficiency with standard reporting and dashboard creation
- Comfortable working in a multi-client or agency environment
- Strong communication skills — able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- High attention to detail and strong organisational habits
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder certification
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Pardot / Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, or Field Service Lightning
- Familiarity with data tools such as Data Loader, Workbench, or Dataloader.io
- Previous experience in a managed services or consulting firm
- Experience with HubSpot CRM administration (Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, or Service Hub) is a nice-to-have, particularly for client engagements involving CRM migration or cross-platform support
